Ticketing, exhibitor stands, payment, cancellation, refund and legal provisions.
These T&C govern the sale of admission tickets and exhibition stands for NEXUS MOTION 2026, an event held from 11 to 15 November 2026 in Tangier, Morocco.
They apply to any natural or legal person making a purchase (admission ticket, stand application, exhibition package) on www.nexusexposummit.com or by direct contact.

Applicable VAT and taxes are included in displayed prices. Prime Synergy Group reserves the right to modify rates with 30 days notice before the event.
Payment methods:
Payment deadline: Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice. After this period, the order may be cancelled.
Access conditions: No event access is permitted without fully validated payment and received badge.
Refund policy (ticketing):

Procedure: Cancellation requests must be sent by email to [email protected]. Processing time: 10 business days. Refunds made via the same payment method.
In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, health crisis, conflict, administrative prohibition) making the event impossible, Prime Synergy Group offers:
No additional compensation may be claimed beyond the refund. Prime Synergy Group is not liable for indirect impacts (loss of revenue, non-refundable expenses, etc.).
Prime Synergy Group organizes the event according to professional best practices. However, it cannot be held liable for:
Liability capped at the total amount paid by the customer.
Prime Synergy Group holds civil liability insurance covering the event. Standard coverage included. Additional insurance for artworks or high-value equipment may be added (specific rate).
Recommendation: exhibitors insure their own equipment and stands. Prime Synergy Group cannot reimburse theft or damage not covered by event insurance.
Exhibitor rights and obligations:
Visuals, photos and videos taken at NEXUS MOTION may be used by Prime Synergy Group for promotion, social media and post-show reports. Exhibitors implicitly accept this use.
Non-disclosure request: contact [email protected] before the event.
Entire agreement: These T&C constitute the entire agreement. No verbal agreement applies. Modifications only by signed writing.
Partial invalidity: If a clause is held invalid, other clauses remain in force. Prime Synergy Group will make legal adjustments.
Non-waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not constitute waiver. Prime Synergy Group may exercise rights at any time.
These T&C are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Tangier, Morocco.
Amicable resolution is encouraged before legal action.
